1. Principle and Usage
1.1 UV aging tester adopts fluorescent UV lamp as light source, by simulating natural light's ultraviolet (UV) radiation and condensation, accelerated resistant climate test was carried out on the material, in order to obtain material weatherability.
1.2 Stainless Steel Touch Screen Programmable UV Aging Test Chamber AC220V can simulate the ultraviolet ray in natural climate, rain, high temperature, high humidity , condensation and dark, etc., environmental conditions,by reproduce these conditions, merged into a loop, and have it automatically complete cycles, this is the working principle of ultraviolet aging test chamber.

3. Mechanical Structure
1) Internal & External Casing Material: SUS#304 Stainless Steel
2) Operating room with 10 imported UV-340 lamps
3) Heating with inside water mode, heat up quick and with uniform temperature distribution.
4) The door with wo-way or one-way open which depends on the testing products dimension, easy for opening and closing.
5) Automatic water filling of the inside water wank.
6) Sample shelves made by draft spring or stainless steel which also depends on the size and shape of the testing products.
7) The bottom of the chamber adopts high quality fixable PU casters.
8) Drainage system use scroll and U type deposition drainage devices.
9) 50mm distance between sample surface and the lamps, and parallel or with 45°angle.
